Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Ideafex, operated by Amdose LTD ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Ideafex you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Contact: support@ideafex.si.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the ideas, links, files and folders you add. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display them solely to run Ideafex for you, including fetching media, text and transcripts for links you save. You are responsible for having the right to save and use that content.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the service.
• Do not abuse link fetching or MCP access, or resell access without our permission.
• Do not reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.

5. Ideafex Pro subscriptions

• Ideafex Pro is offered monthly or yearly and renews automatically until you cancel.
• The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial in the iOS and Android apps. There is no trial on web.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play (through RevenueCat) or Paddle, our merchant of record on web. We never see your card number.
• Store subscriptions are managed and cancelled in the App Store or Google Play. Web subscriptions are managed through the Ideafex billing portal.
• Refunds follow the policy of the store or of Paddle where you bought. Prices are shown before purchase and taxes may apply.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app under Settings. This deletes your data and cancels any web subscription. Store subscriptions must be cancelled in the store.

7. AI and MCP features

AI and MCP access is started by you. Outputs from AI assistants may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for how you use them.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using Ideafex at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Ideafex is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the extent the law permits. To the extent permitted by law, Amdose LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Amdose LTD is registered.
